She is a tenured Assistant Professor at Pennsylvania Western University and serves as CACREP Post-Master’s Certificates Coordinator. Annika is a Registered Psychotherapist, legal professional, and leadership coach with a unique blend of expertise in law, psychology, and cross-cultural dynamics. Her career reflects a deep commitment to understanding human behaviour and supporting others through complex professional and personal challenges. Today, Annika is a psychodynamic psychotherapist supporting clients in developing insight, emotional resilience, and deeper self-awareness, and is a proud member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy (CAPT). As a certified leadership coach, bringing together her legal experience and psychological training to help leaders navigate the interpersonal and emotional complexities of leadership. 

Annika is also a Teaching Assistant at the Ontario Psychotherapy and Counselling College.

A PwC alum with a CPA, CA, she also holds an Executive Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from York University and a PhD in Organizational Change from the University of Toronto. Fiona is isalso an ICF Level 2 trained coach, Certified Executive Coach, and Certified Career Coach.
